What payment methods can I use to place an order?

We offer three modes of payment – Paypal, Bank Transfer and Cash On Collection (Pickups Only)

PAYPAL

Easy and secure way to make payment with your credit card and debit cards. May require an account, which you can create easily during checkout.

BANK TRANSFER

You can also choose to make payment directly to us via Bank Transfer to either accounts below:

Please quote your ORDER ID as a payment reference. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds are cleared in our account.

If you made the payment via ATM transfer, please send us a copy of the receipt and transaction reference to helpme@wickedfavors.com.sg or WHATSAPP us at 90271806 (Yen Lin)

CASH ON COLLECTION (PICKUPS ONLY)

This option is only available for Local Pickups. Please ensure that you have the exact amount prepared when we meet up with you to pass you the order.

I do not have a Credit/Debit Card, can I pay via Bank Transfer?

Shipping and Delivery

NOTE: All customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate, and all necessary arrangements have been made to ensure a smooth delivery process. If you have arranged for the parcel to be delivered to your office/workplace, please ensure that the receptionist has been alerted to this parcel, and we will not be responsible for any lost or missing parcels marked as ‘Delivered’ by Singpost. 

  1. Singapore – SingPost Registered Mail ($4.50)
    • Your parcel will be dispatched via SingPost, you should receive your parcels within 2-4 working days. A signature will be required upon receipt. We will send you your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped, please check the status of your parcel via the SingPost website.
    • Should there be nobody available upon delivery, please collect your parcel at the SingPost Post Office indicated on the collection slip left by the postman.
    • In the case that we utilize the Smartpac service, the postman will then slip the parcel in your letterbox. Smartpac parcels have a tracking number that starts with ‘SM’.
  2. Singapore – Courier: TA-Q-BIN ($8.00)
    • Your parcel will be dispatched via TAQBIN, you should receive your parcel within 1-2 days. A signature will be required upon receipt. We will send you your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped, please check the status of your parcel via the TAQBIN website.
    • Should there be nobody available upon delivery, please call TA-Q-BIN service hotline to arrange for redelivery of your parcel.
    • Please select ‘TA-Q-BIN’ during Check Out and indicate your preferred date & timeslot.
  3. Singapore – Self-Collection (FREE)
    • Self-Collection is available strictly on Wednesdays and Fridays. Please check the schedule below:
      • Wednesdays @ 630pm – 830pm at Segar LRT Station, Bukit Panjang
      • Fridays @12pm – 2pm at Jurong East MRT Station
    • Please select “Self-Collection” during Check Out and indicate your preferred date & time, our team will get back to you via SMS within 24 hours.
  4. Malaysia / Brunei / Indonesia – Singpost Registered Mail ($18.00)
    • Your parcel will be dispatched via SingPost, you may expect to receive your parcels within 5-10 working days.
    • We will send you your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped, please check the status of your parcel via SingPost website.
  5. International (Other than Singapore & Malaysia/Brunei/Indonesia) – Singpost Registered Mail ($25.00)
    • Your parcel will be dispatched via SingPost, you may expect to receive your parcels within 7-14 working days.
    • We will send you your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped, please check the status of your parcel via SingPost website.
  6. NOTE: We do not guarantee the fulfilment of any delivery directions upon order, and this is subject to the limits of the delivery service selected. Please note that Singpost is unable to make any phone calls prior to delivery – this is only available under the Local Courier option.

Buyer Guarantee

We will allow goods to be exchanged if they are deemed faulty; are damaged in transit, or incorrectly shipped. We pride ourselves on the quality, originality and value of each product. We encourage you to review our products and terms carefully before buying and if you still have questions, please contact us here.

We take great care of our goods and packaging so we certainly hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. If for some reason you have received damaged products, please contact us here within 24 hours of delivery.

For items damaged through transit, we will gladly offer a full exchange and send a replacement, as long as you do the following: Return the item to us, in the same ‘brand new’ condition as you received it, complete with all packaging and within 10 business days of notifying us. The buyer will have to bear the costs of sending the items back to us.

We regret that we cannot authorise the return of an item that is not in its ‘brand new’ and packaged condition.

Please also note that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order, including cancellations.
